Eoin recently attended & spoke at the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland National Launch of their Food Safety & Quality Scheme, an event that was held in Waterford Institute of Technology.

| In the last few weeks Eoin was delighted to receive a phone call of thanks from Andrew Cross of the Cross Centra Group, informing him that all 3 of his stores (Hazelmere, Roseberry Hill, Kilcullen) had recently passed their Excellence Ireland audits. Not only that, but all 3 of Andrew's stores had been achieved the Emerald Supreme Hygiene Award on this occasion, including last year's Centra Store of the Year, Centra Hazelmere, Naas. |
Eoin has recently become the public relations officer of the Food Safety Professionals Association.
