Established
by Eoin Barry BSc in July 2008, Eoin Barry Consulting is based
in Cork, and offers a nationwide service specialising in implementing
Food Safety (HACCP) Management Systems for Food Business Operators
across all sectors of the food industry, including retail, small
and medium food manufacturing, hotels, pubs, restaurants and creches.
Implementing Food Safety Management Systems includes Food Safety
training for staff which is a mandatory requirement.
Eoin decided
to set up his own business during 2008 after gaining 15 years experience
working across all areas of the Irish food industry. He built up
valuable experience working with companies such as Green Isle Foods
as a Production Department Supervisor and Musgrave Retail Partners
Ireland as a Food Safety and Quality Auditor, as well as Food Safety
and Quality Supply Chain Manager. Eoin also spent a number of years
as a Regional Sales Manager for Centra.
EBC offers
clients a common sense approach to Food Safety Management, including
flexible training programmes which can be tailored to suit individual
business requirements.
